Ingredients: gluten free all purpose flour, arrowroot starch, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground all spice, walnuts, shredded coconut, shredded carrots, agave syrup, rice milk, coconut oil and pure vanilla extract.

Note:  This cake is shipped frozen without any special decorations to avoid damage in transit.
