Yes! we deliver locally and ship to all 51 states
How far in advance can I place my order online?
Orders can be placed up to one month in advance on most occasions.
Can I make changes to the product offered on the website?
Yes! any product modifications can be made using our " Special Request" field below the listed item.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders must be cancelled more than 24 hours of the preferred delivery date. Please call The Baking Room (646-658-4246) so we can assist you with your request.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?

I don't see my favorite item on the website, where did it go?
We have temporarily abbreviated our menu at this time. We look forward to offering our full menu again soon!
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
I cancelled my order in one location, can I get my money in another location?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please follow up with the bakery your order was placed with so we can best assist.
How long do your baked goods last?
What kind of ingredients do you use?
The Baking Room uses ingredients of highest quality. Our ingredients are vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free.
Do you account for other allergies in your products?
Contact us concerning any food allergies which include soy, tree nuts etc..
How should I store my cake once I get home?
We recommend that cakes are kept tightly sealed in the refrigerator until enjoyed and stored for no more than 24 hours.
